Perhaps because T. E. Lawrence is perceived is an "Oxford" figure,
Cambridge University Library has surprisingly little Lawrence manuscript
material.

letters from Lawrence.

The Churchill College Archive Centre is one of the major repositories for
British personal archives of the twentieth century, including most notably the papers
of Winston Churchill.
