Very large private collection belonging to Edwards H. Metcalf and gifted to the Huntington. The holdings include the manuscript of Lawrence's Diary 1911, two of the 1922 Oxford Times proofs of Seven Pillars of Wisdom, a number of autograph letters, and one of the finest bibliographical collections of printed books.
