Please note. If you intend to publish in the US and wish
to obtain permission to quote from the subscribers' abridgement of Seven
Pillars of Wisdom (1926, 1935 etc.) you should contact the Permissions Dept
at Doubleday (RandomHouse).
This does not apply to quotations from the Complete 1922 Text of Seven
Pillars of Wisdom (1997, 2003, 2004), for which you should apply to the
Seven Pillars of Wisdom Trust, as below.

- The title, nature, and publication details of the work in which you wish to quote T. E.
Lawrence copyright material.
- The exact source(s) of the quotation(s) you wish to use, including page references for a

- The text of each quoted passage (unless these are very long, e.g. an anthology extract
of a whole letter or chapter from Seven Pillars)
- The number of words in each quotation, and the overall total.
